• Non-returnable Services:
  As our offerings are digital and service-based (including strategy planning, design, consulting, marketing execution, etc.), they are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or executed.

• Client Satisfaction:

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Service Cancellation Before Execution:
  Clients may cancel a service before work has commenced by sending an official request to support@brandsbuilder.in. If cancellation is approved, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or consultation charges.

• Cancellation After Service Commencement:
  Once service work has started or deliverables have been shared, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.

• Custom Projects:
